Job summary

Valley Behavioral Health in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a Residential Case Manager to help clients navigate services and achieve personal goals through targeted case management and psychosocial rehabilitation. The role includes shift differential and a $2,000 retention sign-on bonus.

Schedule: Tue–Sat, 4:00pm–12:00am. Certifications due within 120 days. Full benefits including health, retirement, and professional development options are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Case Manager certification required within 120 days of start date.
• CPR certification required within 120 days of start date.
• Valley de-escalation certification required within 120 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial rehabilitative services as indicated by the client’s care plan.
• Support clients in following individualized care plans and achieving goals.
• Complete documentation in Valley’s standards.
• Meet productivity expectations as assigned by supervisor.
• Distribute medications as necessary.
• Transport clients to appointments as necessary.
