Personalized Nursing LIGHT House (PNLH) in Madison Heights, MI is seeking a Residential Aide for the Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm shift every other weekend. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with internal systems are needed.
• Willingness and ability to learn internal systems.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Light cleaning including wiping down and stocking the kitchen, sanitizing and organizing common areas
• Program laundry
• Stocking the bathrooms.
• Turning over resident bedrooms- sanitizing the room, cleaning the bed, making sure the room is empty, making thebed
• Answer phone and take messages on incoming calls and email the appropriate staff.
• Scan in client files
• Support residents with daily needs in a professional and respectful manner
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured residential environment
• Assist with resident intake and discharge processes
• Monitor resident behavior and report concerns to the team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding resident needs and changes
• Maintain professional boundaries and appropriate conduct at all times
• Maintain appropriate emotional regulation and professionalism when responding to resident needs, including during periods of stress or behavioral escalation
• Perform other related duties as assigned
