Job summary

OPC is family owned and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest with processing plants across WA, OR, ID and Michigan. The Repack Forklift Driver will run scales, haul finished product to the freezer, and keep lines full with pallets and packaging. A company forklift license is required and safety is emphasized.

The role reports to the Repack Supervisor and is a full-time position with benefits after 60 days. Hours are 4:00pm–2:00am, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• General safety awareness expected.
• Punctual and reliable attendance required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; work well with others.
• Experience operating a forklift and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate scales and haul finished product to the freezer.
• Keep production lines stocked with pallets and packaging.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Record daily pallet usage and ensure correct tote and pallet types.
• Communicate with freezer driver and line leaders.
• Verify labels and weights on pallets and cartons.
• Understand daily schedule and follow lead directions.
• Place totes on hoppers and manage waste/recycling areas.
• Use scanner to track finished goods.
