Qualifications

• 18 years or older age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Professional communication skills and resolution experience.
• Pass background check as well as drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate counter systems to open and close rental contracts.
• Answer customer inquiries about charges, vehicle condition, directions, and concerns.
• Promote and sell optional coverage, insurance, and upgrades.
• Perform office tasks such as answering phones and photocopying. Maintain a clean, professional workspace.
