Job summary

Framework is hiring certified elementary tutors to provide engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring to students across math and ELA. Tutoring occurs in 1:1 or small groups using provided curriculum on a secure online platform.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00–10:00 PM EST, remote within the U.S. The role requires a valid U.S. teaching license in General Education, Math, or ELA, with SpEd or ESL certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, valid U.S. teaching license in General Education, Math, or ELA (expired licenses not accepted).
• Available Monday - Friday, weekly from 6:00-10:00 PM EST (all 5 days required).
• Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings.
• Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom
• Use provided curriculum to engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning
• Adapt instruction to meet each student’s needs
• Administer provided assessments as scheduled
• Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team
