About The Role

Array Behavioral Care seeks an evening specialist, 100% virtual Psychiatrist, to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states. You will work from home, collaborating with onsite professionals in emergency departments, hospital medical floors, or crisis stabilization units to determine dispositions and provide evidence-based care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Evening shifts are scheduled between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM EST. Array supports obtaining additional state licensure for active, board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists. If your state is not listed, please apply regardless.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients in crisis across multiple emergency rooms, hospital floors, and crisis programs, identifying appropriate levels of care
• Receive support from our 24/7 access center for triaging cases and resources
• Implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medications for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders
• Collaborate with healthcare teams using a team-based approach

What We’re Looking For

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
• Unrestricted, independent licensure
• Updated CAQH and FCVS profiles
• Experience treating all age groups in acute crisis settings
• Culturally competent communication skills
• Experience with multiple EMRs and telehealth technology

Position Logistics

• 100% remote work with a private home office for confidentiality
• Support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state and DEA licenses

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $150 - $195 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
