Release Recovery is looking for a full-time Recovery Associate in Yorktown Heights, NY, to support our Men's Transitional Living Program. The role involves administering safety protocols, monitoring client engagement, and fostering a safe community environment. Ideal candidates have previous experience in recovery settings, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and are willing to work evening shifts. Qualifications

• Previous experience in recovery or behavioral health settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
