A leading behavioral health provider in Sauk Rapids, MN, seeks a dedicated Recovery Specialist to guide clients through their recovery journey. Responsibilities include transporting clients, providing orientation, and ensuring their safety. Ideal candidates will be at least 21 years old, possess communication skills and the ability to work independently. This full-time position offers a pay range of $16 – $21 per hour and includes generous time off, health benefits, and both 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a residential treatment center is helpful.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive for up to three hours continuously.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients for admission, discharge, and medical appointments.
• Provide orientation to new clients and perform luggage searches.
• Ensure client safety by making rounds and conducting checks.
• Assist with admissions and discharges.
• Chart interactions with clients in electronic records.
