Steady Strides ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision. You will attend supervision sessions, collect data in our electronic system, and engage with clients and families to deliver quality ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, calls, and team meetings.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.
