Job summary

Inland Group of Companies at Portland International Airport (PDX) is hiring a Part-time Ramp Agent. The role supports safe and efficient aircraft services, handling loads and ground support duties while ensuring passenger and cargo movement stays on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English.
• Must be able to verbally direct in English.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely, including pallet and container handling.
• Build up and break down cargo pallets and freight containers following guidelines.
• Verify shipment pieces, weights, dimensions, and airway bill numbers.
• Obtain proper security documents for shipments and ensure airworthiness on arrival.
