Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program and registered as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review requests for procedures using department protocols and physician recommendations.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and explain the process.
• Assist the Radiologist in performing routine radiographs.
