Job summary

Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking a Charge Radiology Technologist for the Evening shift (Full Time), consisting of four 10-hour shifts. The role includes exam workflow leadership, staff training, equipment safety, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver high-quality imaging with ALARA.

The position requires Oregon Radiographer licensure upon hire, ARRT certification within 180 days, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Radiographer License on hire.
• ARRT certification within 6 months of hire.
• BLS required upon hire.
• New graduates must secure OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead exam workflow and staff training as shift charge.
• Coordinate with multiple departments for imaging services.
• Perform imaging examinations with ALARA and proper positioning.
• Ensure equipment safety and radiation dose calibration.
