Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Part-time Radiologic Technologist in Voorhees to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures on diverse patient populations and ensure ALARA-compliant imaging. The role includes documentation, equipment operation, and potential training duties for new staff.

Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program, ARRT registration or eligibility, NJDEP licensure, and CPR (preferred) are required to join a Magnet-recognized health system committed to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• Registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• NJDEP licensure required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic procedures for patients per radiologist protocols, ensuring radiation safety and high-quality images.
• Maintains accurate and thorough documentation and reviews physician orders.
• Operates radiographic equipment and computer systems (RIS, PACS, Web viewer, ADW) safely and efficiently.
• Assists in training new staff or student radiologic technologists.
