Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging following established protocols.
• Prepare patients for imaging exams, explain procedures, ensure comfort and safety.
• Position patients accurately and operate radiologic equipment to obtain optimal images while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Apply radiation safety principles and comply with regulatory standards.
• Review images for quality, communicate with radiologists and providers.
• Document imaging procedures, patient information, and exam details in EMR/IMaging systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team for efficient workflow.
• Maintain imaging equipment and monitor supplies.
