Job summary

You will test products before, during, and after assembly to ensure compliance with standards, calibrate and maintain test equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in manufacturing quality control preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and calibrates test equipment.
• Runs load performance tests per specs.
• Inspects incoming vendor products.
• Keeps equipment and tools calibrated.
• Performs daily in-process quality audits.
• Supports qualification testing for new products.
• Maintains certified testing reports.
• Assists with process improvements to reduce costs.
• Visits job sites to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Complies with SOPs, JSAs, and safety policies.
