MS Companies is hiring an entry-level Quality Inspector (2nd shift) in Franklin, IN to support automotive manufacturing clients. The role focuses on inspection, documentation, and reporting using MS Companies’ processes and digital tools.

The ideal candidate has basic quality control experience, strong attention to detail, and is available for a 2nd shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (e.g., tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts to ensure quality.
• Document defects or non-conformances and report to leadership.
• Follow established inspection procedures at all production stages.
• Record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate quality concerns with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
