Job summary

Wagner Logistics is seeking a Quality Inspection Specialist to ensure products meet quality standards on the distribution center floor. You will inspect inbound/outbound goods, document results, and address issues to support customer service and warehouse teams.

The role operates on the second shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Mon–Fri) with a starting pay of $21.00 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential. Prior inspection or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience preferred in quality or warehouse roles.
• Ability to read, count, perform basic math, and write legibly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations by promptly addressing inquiries about product quality.
• Operate quality tracking systems to document inspection results and ensure traceability.
• Adhere to customer service standards related to product quality and inspection procedures.
• Rotate and handle products per customer specifications and quality guidelines.
• Perform inspections of inbound, stored, and outbound products and report findings.
• Verify inbound products meet quality specs and are received from vendors.
• Verify outbound freight is staged and loaded per quality standards.
• Maintain safety awareness and report hazards immediately.
• Follow security protocols to safeguard product integrity.
