Responsibilities

• Inspect or perform audits on incoming material using measuring tools and visual techniques.
• Determine measurement methods and processes per tolerances and gauging practices.
• Document and report non-conformances using the quality documentation system.
• Contain and rework non-conforming parts and materials.
• Prioritize loads and manage FIFO flow of received goods.
• Demonstrate ability to handle precision measuring tools and gauges.
• Perform visual inspection of painted surfaces, defects, cleanliness and packaging.
• Operate at an I-level with computer software programs.
• Unpack and repackage incoming materials safely.
• Operate pallet jacks and hoists; inspect welds.
• Other duties as assigned.
