The Jel Sert Company seeks a QC Specialist for the 2nd shift to ensure product quality from finished goods through packaging, while maintaining GMP guidelines and SQF standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role requires 1-3 years of quality control experience and PCQI certification is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish communication is beneficial. The position offers 2nd shift hours 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm with overtime as needed.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years' quality control experience in the food/beverage industry or other food sector industry.
• PCQI certification or commensurate food safety & quality work history and experience required.
• Must be able to complete a skills assessment test to assess basic skills needed in the position.

Responsabilidades

• Data entry and management of company databases.
• Inspect finished goods and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with GMP/SQF.
• Identify non-conforming conditions and place products on hold as needed.
• Investigate quality issues and communicate findings with production teams.
