Candidates must hold a high school diploma, CA guard card, CPI certification within 90 days, and BLS/CPR. Prior security experience and strong communication are preferred; proficiency with CCTV and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CA guard card required.
• CPI certification due within 90 days of hire.
• AHA/CPR/BLS certification required.
• 6 months to 1 year in Security/Public Safety preferred.
• Military police experience a plus.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct investigations and write detailed reports.

Responsabilités

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols to assure a safe environment.
• Provide timely responses to calls for service.
• Maintain comprehensive radio communications.
• Investigate incidents and document findings.
• Complete reports and daily logs accurately.
• Deliver high quality professional services to staff and guests.
• Remain professional and uphold hospital authority in all duties.
• Report safety violations to leadership.
• Assist with patient restraints as requested by medical staff.
• Respond to fire alarms and emergencies within the facility.
• Perform access control at assigned posts.
• Monitor CCTV and coordinate with security teams.
• Maintain relations with local, state, and federal law enforcement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
