Job summary

Penn Medicine Princeton Health is seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead the evening shift at Princeton House Behavioral Health. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure high quality patient care, and coordinate with the clinical team within PHBH's multi-unit facility.

Responsibilities include staffing plans, budget adherence, and performance monitoring, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and compliance. NJ RN licensure and a BSN or health-related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN or health care related degree preferred.
• 3-5 years hospital psychiatric experience required.
• NJ RN licensure required. Psychiatric certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes accountability for the evening/night shift according to PHBH standards.
• Oversees nursing staff in the PHBH multi-unit facility when the Director is unavailable.
• Conducts daily patient rounds and communicates with the clinical team to ensure high quality care.
• Plans shift staffing to meet patient care needs within budget and staff expertise constraints.
• Maintains shift records, reports and statistics for administrative purposes and budget preparation.
