Job summary

Programmed Cleaning Inc. in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Full-Time Project Floor Tech/General Cleaner for office buildings in the Milwaukee area. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Candidates with floor care experience and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license are preferred. A $300 hiring bonus is offered, with duties spanning specialized floor work and standard cleaning across multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in floor care and cleaning preferred.
• Must hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform project tasks including floor stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet work.
• Use industrial buffers and scrubbers for deep cleaning.
• Assist with local deliveries of supplies and post-construction cleanups.
• Maintain safety by moving furniture carefully and following guidelines.
• Provide timely reports and travel as needed when required.
