Job summary

The Little Gym of Clifton Park is seeking energetic individuals who love kids to join our team. You will teach classes based on our proven curriculum, providing outstanding service and ensuring members have a positive experience in a fun, high-energy environment.

As part of our team, you will help maintain high standards across programs and assist in training and evaluating fellow staff, contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Background in child development or physical education encouraged.
• Experience or familiarity with gymnastics is a plus.
• Ability to lead and engage both children and adults effectively.

• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
