Job summary

The Production Aide supports supervisors, trains staff, and ensures adherence to company policies during shift operations in a clean room setting. The role requires strong communication, knowledge of GMP/SOP, and the ability to work the 2:30pm–11:00pm shift with potential overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years of related manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains production operators on process/production techniques.
• May assist on the production assembly line as needed.
• Schedule employees to workstations and support supervisor in daily ops.
