Job summary

Aerotek in Tempe, AZ is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Associate to operate and support multiple production departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will read drawings, run machinery, assemble parts, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires experience in general production, machine operation, and assembly, with a strong emphasis on GMP compliance, teamwork, and safety. This is a fully on-site position with a shift-based schedule in Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in general production within a manufacturing environment.
• Machine operating experience with production machinery.
• Assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate GMP requirements to leadership.
• Maintains strong safety mindset and follows policies.
• Experience using hand tools in production settings.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and task documents.
• Able to work in small groups or independently with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production tasks across Assembly, Brazing, Crating, Expanding, Hairpin, Header Fabrication, Testing, Press and related areas.
• Operate production machinery safely, following SOPs and training guidelines.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and documents to complete work to specifications.
• Follow safety policies and raise safety concerns to leadership.
• Maintain safe, professional conduct and avoid horseplay on site.
• Meet quality expectations set by the quality team and ensure standards.
• Participate in training and show improvements in duties upon coaching.
