Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Production Support Specialist in Lawrence for a full-time position on the 2nd shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm, Monday–Friday). You will support multiple production steps, learn across departments, and help move stock, prepare readies, and maintain quality throughout the line.

You will be cross-trained by a team of trainers and supervisors, with safety, TPM, and process improvements emphasized. Hallmark offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to grip and push/pull stock 2”–3.5” thick, 80–120 times per hour
• Ability to lift 20–30 lb stacks of stock 60–80 times per hour with frequent lifting 40–60 lbs

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Gem/Cello machines, ACE press and Webtron presses; pack product into shipping containers.
• Mix adhesives and ensure ingredients are available in the area.
• Order and deliver stock, move components, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with maintenance and changeovers; monitor quality sampling and packaging processes.
