Job summary

Watteredge LLC is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead and support manufacturing operations in Avon Lake, OH. This hands‑on role oversees personnel, equipment, workflows, safety, quality, and daily production performance.

The shift runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with a 10% shift differential. You will supervise and coach a team, ensure timely production with top quality, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Warehouse to meet production

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
Strong leadership with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Ability to motivate employees while maintaining accountability and performance expectations.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication across departments and shifts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily second‑shift production activities, including personnel, equipment, workflow, and processes.
Lead, motivate, coach, and support production employees to achieve daily goals.
Ensure production requirements are met efficiently with high quality standards.
Monitor workloads, staffing, and production schedules; adjust as needed.
Hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, safety, quality, and company expectations.
Enforce policies and safety requirements consistently.
