Job summary

IES Infrastructure seeks a 2nd Shift Supervisor (2pm-10pm) to lead production operations and ensure safety compliance. You will drive daily objectives, coordinate with department leads, and monitor job progress on priority lists to maintain efficient workflows.

The role requires five years in a production environment, plus hands-on experience with tow motors and overhead cranes. Strong leadership and adherence to PPE/OSHA/LOTO protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of production operations and workflow management.
• Demonstrates strong time management and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to coach staff and monitor productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in designated departments.
• Meet daily objectives set by Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with Department Leads on production priorities.
• Monitor progress and status of jobs on the priorities list.
• Maintain and adjust workflow schedules as needed.
• Coach employees and monitor productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
• Submit material requisitions as required.
• Conduct annual employee evaluations.
• Enter and track attendance in ADP.
• Administer disciplinary actions.
