Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing production teams and drive daily execution across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance. This role provides leadership, direction, and coaching to ensure production goals are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, customer service, and operational excellence.

The position requires coordinating with multiple departments, developing talent, and driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
• Assign, prioritize, and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production Control, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and other departments to meet customer commitments.
• Ensure materials, supplies, equipment, and staffing are available to support production plans.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, routing instructions, and job orders for employees.
• Maintain and improve 5S, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards.
• Train, coach, mentor, and develop employees to build capability and performance.
