Job summary

PeopleShare is hiring an entry-level Production Worker in the Womelsdorf, PA area. You will set up and operate slicing and packaging machines, keep lines running smoothly, and ensure product quality and accurate labeling.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11pm with overtime from 3:30pm–1am, and the pay rate is $17 per hour. Weekly pay, temp‑to‑hire health and 401(k) benefits, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Heavy lift up to 50lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slicing and packaging machines.
• Keep production lines running smoothly and efficiently.
• Check product quality, weights, and labels for accuracy.
• Load materials and package products according to company standards.
• Clean machines and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
