Manpower Direct Hire is hiring a Production Operator for a Bloomingdale, GA facility on the 4:30 PM–2:00 AM shift. This direct hire role involves operating production equipment, assembling products to quality standards, and helping meet daily output goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly line duties and operate production equipment.
• Assemble products according to quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy.
• Load components onto the production line and package completed products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report equipment or production issues to supervisors.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
