Job summary

UNFI is seeking a Production Dumper to load raw materials into large bins, feed conveyors, and oversee safe, efficient production operations. You will adhere to GMPs, HACCP, and SQF policies, while communicating effectively with the shift team and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and HACCP/SQF familiarity.
• Knowledge of production management system (prod).

Responsibilities

• Load the Hopper with raw materials to start production safely.
• Ensure product flow is optimal at all times.
• Follow GMPs and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor or QA/QC.
• Perform duties per HACCP and SQF policies and company guidelines.
• Communicate shift-related information to coworkers during handoffs.
• Stack pallets and load box feeder as required.
• Maintain area cleanliness and understand cleaning types per production run.
• Assist with packing and other tasks as assigned.
