Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 6 years of experience, or AA/AS with 2 years experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and build in accordance with priority and standard routing.
• Minimize down time during processing and line changes.
• Replenish and assemble subassemblies when signaled.
• Promote and deliver high quality by ensuring trained operators perform the work and address quality issues.
• Motivate team to meet quality objectives and adhere to quality metrics.
• Adhere to Manufacturing System process standards including TPM and 5S.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste elimination (kaizen).
• Ensure system integrity through production scans, quality data, inventory transfers, and timecards.
• Help the team communicate and serve as the point of contact for production issues.
