MITER Brands is seeking a production associate to operate basic equipment and follow established processes on the B shift. You will support quality control and safety compliance while working within a structured production environment on site in Fort Myers, FL.

The role requires basic manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 90 lbs, and a willingness to work a Monday-Thursday schedule with consistent performance and teamwork to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 90 lbs as needed.
