Job summary

Meijer, a family‑owned retailer, is hiring a Produce Clerk to join our team in Indiana. You will help create a welcoming store experience, provide product knowledge to customers, and maintain fresh, attractive displays in the Fresh departments.

You will build relationships with customers and teammates, share information, and use technology to complete tasks accurately. This role requires physical activity and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities for development and advancement

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
