Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an Entry Processing Team Member to support daily production on 2nd shift in Columbia, SC. You will operate processing machinery, monitor product flow, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. The position requires basic manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work a 2-2-3 schedule with overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain if not held.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for labeling, alignment, and quality; manage packing and palletizing.
• Follow FIFO inventory methods and record shipments in SAP.
• Support sanitation, GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA compliance and food safety policies.
• Document production activities and report issues to supervisors; participate in 5S.
