Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in Miami, OK is seeking a Process Operator to join a safety‑driven production team. You will batch commodities, operate hammer mill systems, and support quality checks on pet treat production while learning multiple shifts.

You’ll use basic math and computer tools, perform routine sanitation, and help with minor equipment repairs, with a 3:00PM–11:30PM Monday–Friday schedule offering steady hours and opportunities to grow within a large global pet-care company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing/production experience.
• Must be proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and batch commodities and/or meat slurry into accurate batches of mixed meal delivered through the hammer mill mixing and screening systems.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials.
• Safely operate production and processing equipment.
• Perform quality checks and meet product specifications.
• Perform sanitation duties and material handling.
• Safely and efficiently operate, troubleshoot, and make minor repairs on operating equipment, using lock out procedures as prescribed.
• Utilize computer technology and basic math skills to perform job duties.
• Occasionally work at high heights within plant to fulfill job duties.
