Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with relevant experience in criminal justice.
• Ability to demonstrate mental health, trauma, and substance abuse awareness.
• Must complete ORAS and other risk assessment training within one year.
• Pass required tests to access state and federal systems.
• Experience supervising defendants and maintaining case records.

Responsibilities

• Investigate defendants' criminal history and determine reporting requirements.
• Provide bond recommendations and attend arraignments with case summaries.
• Monitor defendants on pretrial supervision and ensure compliance.
• Enter data into the Court's case management system and prepare reports.
• Develop programming referrals and maintain professional communication with partners.
• Work inside a correctional setting and collaborate with agency resources.
