Sheridan is seeking a Digital Prepress Technician to manage production and quality control of plates, assemble content and proofs, and maintain schedules and data sheets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required.
• Ability to perform work productively and safely.
• Reliable; good attendance is required.
• Overtime may be required per departmental policy.
• Must possess ability to work at a rapid pace.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Frequent walking, handling, and reaching/overhead work required.
• Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, crouching, and crawling required.
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterity required.
• Must wear hearing protection, eye protection, and safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• The Digital Prepress Technician will be responsible for production and quality control of all plates, assembling content and contract color proofs, and maintaining schedule and data collection sheets.
