Responsibilities

• Always maintaining a clean and tidy workstation.
• Stocking various items in preparation for future shifts.
• Notifying the manager on duty of any out of date or rotting food.
• Prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads and more for Grab n Go options.
• Loads soiled dishes, pots, pans, containers into the dish machine.
• Must follow sanitation guidelines.
• Unloads and stacks dishes in appropriate storage areas.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen, dish room area, and walk-ins.
• Removes trash can liners and recyclables from kitchen area.
• Rinsing trash cans and compost containers.
