Job summary

Compass Group USA on the Wichita Falls campus invites applications for full-time and part-time Prep Cook roles. You will prepare food and serve customers in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, working 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Takes orders from customers and serves items at multiple stations.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
