Responsibilities

• Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Keeps daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
