Job summary
Telecare Corporation in Bakersfield is seeking a PMHNP to join the clinical team as a senior member, providing direct psychiatric care and medication management to program participants within a recovery-focused treatment plan developed with a multidisciplinary team. This part-time, onsite role runs 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 5pm–9pm).
Candidates must have a BSN, an advanced NP degree, PMHNP certification, state APN licensure, and active DEA/Furnishing licenses; Telecare offers comprehensive
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program.
- Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience, or its part-time equivalent, working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities.
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
- Active DEA and Furnishing licenses
