Harborvillacares is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with assessment plans and regulatory standards. This role emphasizes kindness, dignity, respect, clear communication, and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities include responding to call lights, ensuring privacy, helping residents with feeding and grooming, assisting with transfers, and reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• CNA training from an accredited program
• Valid CNA certificate number
• Some experience helpful, training provided
• Must be able to speak, read, write English fluently
• Ability to use a computer or tablet to enter resident data

Responsabilités

• Answering call lights
• Provide privacy during all nursing care
• Make residents comfortable (beds, water, etc.)
• Assist feeding residents as needed
• Help with daily grooming and bathing
• Assist lifting and transferring residents
• Transport residents to dining and activities
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor
• Protect resident confidentiality under HIPAA
• Follow facility policies and infection control procedures
• Report occupational exposures promptly
• Other duties as assigned
