Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a plant housekeeping associate in Delaware to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with USDA and QA standards. You will clean restrooms, dust, mop, restock supplies, and remove trash while adhering to safety policies.

The role runs from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm and reflects Mountaire’s family-oriented culture with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Dust, clean, sweep, and mop all areas of the plant.
• Empty and remove trash from the plant.
• Polish fixtures.
• Follow all company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support Goal Zero mission statement.
• Hours 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
