Job summary

California Faucets is seeking a 1st Shift Picker to join our on-site team in Huntington Beach, CA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 5:15 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

and the position will be rotational, supporting the combined efforts of multiple positions within our Materials and Picking teams. The Picking Team Member is critical to the quality and quantity of products delivered to customers, with duties including following pick tickets, counting items, scanning ERP tickets, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least six months experience performing similar work.
• Ability to read, count, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and locate parts on Pick Tickets.
• Notify team leader of quality variances and parts shortages.
• Efficiently pick parts for finishing or final assembly and ensure correct quantity and type.
• Carry or transport orders to staging areas using material handling equipment.
• Read and count accurately; perform simple math; write legibly.
• Scan tickets into the ERP system.
• Maintain clean and organized picking areas; communicate with leads.
• Assist other teams with picking and replacement parts as needed.
• Fill pick locations from overstock areas; perform additional assignments per direction.
