Parexel Glendale, CA is seeking a Research Associate for the CPT-licensed role, onsite in Glendale. The position includes an evening/overnight shift (3pm–7am) after training, with extensive induction and ongoing training to develop a career in clinical research.

The role involves participant recruitment, study monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with staff physicians. Relevant phlebotomy and life-sciences background required.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Clinical Research experience or patient experience is required.
• B.S.+ in related life science field OR HS diploma or GED with experience.
• Comfortable standing and walking for a prolonged period of time.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License is required.

Aufgaben

• Understand study protocols and complete required medical procedures.
• Recruit study participants by various methods and maintain tracking systems.
• Conduct screening visits and participant visits, assist with assessment of medications and test results.
• Prepare/monitor study supplies and stock levels in clinic/hospital.
• Label, inventory, and send plasma samples.
• Identify issues needing Sponsor approval and escalate to the CRC.
• Maintain knowledge of Clinical Operating Guidelines and apply them.
• Assure quality and accuracy of source and CRF documentation.
• Comply with QM guidelines and perform necessary corrections.
