• Print batch labels for phlebotomy collections.
• Adhere to infection control and deliver specimens timely per protocol.
• Process specimens for send-out per procedures.
• Support departmental process improvements and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Handle calls, document issues, and escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Manage supplies and inventory.
• Deliver lab supplies and pick up/deliver specimens.
• Print and deliver lab reports promptly.
