PrideGlobal is seeking a skilled phlebotomist for a local contract in Saint Paul, MN. The role involves performing blood draws, labeling and processing specimens, and ensuring proper handling per test orders.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience. The position offers a 3+ month contract with pay range $23.20–$24.90 per hour, based on experience.

Mansioni

• Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc.
• Collects and stores specimens in accordance with established procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients regarding blood or other specimen collection.
• Demonstrate technique using straight or butterfly needles.
• Match orders to specimens, label, centrifuge, split, and freeze as required by test order.
• Check test requisitions against scripts for accuracy.
• Package specimens for transport and store at required temperatures.
