Job summary

Precision Medicine seeks a Pharmacy Technician (Evening) in Bellmore/Farmingdale, NY. This on-site, full-time role supports our pharmacy operations, focusing on filling and labeling medications under a licensed pharmacist to ensure accurate and timely patient care.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, collaborating with pharmacists and the operations team. NY registration is required; prior experience and familiarity with pharmacy workflows are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a pharmacy filling role
• Active New York pharmacy technician registration/credential required for the duties
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
• Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, labeling, and dispensing processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Accurately label, package, and prepare medications for shipment or patient pickup
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of pharmacy workstations and filling areas
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and tracking medication supplies
• Verify prescription information and ensure accuracy before final pharmacist review
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable pharmacy requirements and procedures
• Collaborate with pharmacists and the operations team to support efficient workflow and turnaround times
